About me

Tal Arditi’s music is all about raw emotion and deep connection. Blending indie, folk, and electronica, his sound recalls José González, Nick Drake, and Tash Sultana, with Patrick Watson-esque vocals that carry a quiet intensity. His stripped-back, confessional lyrics explore struggle, obsession, and passion, creating moments of real intimacy with his listeners.

After selling out shows in Berlin and touring with Black Sea Dahu and Steph Strings, Tal’s reach is growing fast. He has received invitations from Los Angeles, Sydney Festival, and is collaborating with the Karajan Academy of the Berlin Philharmonic.

A jazz prodigy who finished his studies by 18, Tal moved to Berlin and quickly became a rising name in the European jazz scene. But when the pandemic hit at 21, everything changed. With no stages to play on, he turned inward, writing songs that fused electronic and acoustic elements and carved out a sound that was entirely his own.

In his live shows, Tal uses looping techniques to layer his voice and guitar with electronic textures, creating immersive soundscapes that captivate audiences. His performances are dynamic and deeply personal, pulling listeners into his world.

Now signed to Mouthwatering Records, Tal’s 2024 EP, Open Heart, featured “You and I” (picked for Spotify’s New Music Friday Germany & Switzerland) and “I Wanna Cry”, which gained widespread European radio play. His single “Can’t Get Enough of You” has surpassed 2,000,000 streams, marking a major milestone in his growing career.

His newest EP, Close Your Eyes, dropped March 7, 2025. Featuring The World Is Ours Tonight and One More Day, it promises to be his most powerful work yet—further cementing his place as one of the most exciting indie-folk artists to watch.
